Terms and Conditions:
 | Initial consultations are free. All info and materials related
to the proposed project will be studied and a formal estimate
will be delivered within 24 hours. There is no obligation to
purchase any services.

| Estimates of final cost include travel time, meetings,
reading, researching and writing.
|
| Extra fees or charges are not added without the client's
knowledge. Any fee changes and final costs will be mutually
agreed upon between myself (Steve Sears) and the client.

| Termination of a project at any time or for any reason will
require payment for time already invested.
|
| Full payment is due within 30 days of project completion. The
specific due date for payment will be discussed and specified.
|
| Two (2) free revisions are included in the final price. Any
further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
|
| A deposit of 1/3 the total cost of projects over $1000 and/or
projects for new clients is required. |
